The to-do list seems endless and there is never enough time to complete it all! It's frustrating, stressful, and has an adverse impact of our well-being. The reality is we cannot wave a magic wand and instantly add more time to our day, but we can learn to manage our time with intentionality. Reclaiming our time is reclaiming our life! We will explore how we spend our time, ways to uncover hidden time thieves, the importance of clarifying your goals and prioritizing what is important, approaches to reallocate time and methods to overcome common obstacles that get in the way of reclaiming your time.
