About The Instructor:
Erika King, a CAP, E-YRT 2000, and Reiki Master, has over 20 years of experience teaching Hatha Yoga. She is also an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and has studied numerous other modalities of healing including meditation, aromatherapy, muscle testing, and healing touch. She is also a mother of 4 and works full time as the manager of a natural health store. Her passion is to inspire others to look inward and better understand themselves so they can find confidence and self love in what can be an often be a challenging and overwhelming world.
