This workshop will explore the foundations of mindfulness, the freedom of acceptance and letting go, the wisdom of the three-point check, the advantages of slowing down, and sample various mindfulness practices.

Chris Wales has over 25 years of leadership experience and is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, holds a certificate in the Psychology of Leadership through Cornell University, an MBA from UW-Oshkosh, an MS in Organizational Change Leadership through UW-Platteville and the founder of River Crossing Coaching, an international professional and personal development coaching firm.
