Adapting to Change

Tuesday, March 19th 7pm-8pm

Change is inevitable yet it is typical to resist change, even when a change will improve our well-being! Coping with change requires us to pivot, which can feel uncomfortable and push us out of our comfort zone.

This workshop explores why people have a tendency to resist change and strategies for addressing and overcoming resistance.
